Kid-roping!

This morning Kienna asked me if her and Saryn could please kid-rope this morning. I had not quite been awake long enough to process what she might be asking and had images of children "roping" each other like in a Rodeo! After explaining to me what she meant, I figured out that she wanted to get the Pilates bands out that I have for the kids to use while I do Pilates!

Kienna quickly dived into teaching Saryn to flex and point her toe while they "kid-roped" away.
