Hanging Out At Christmas

I really don't know how to get this post done other than do a quick picture overload.  So here's what hanging out at Christmas looks like.  (Minus the rockband and the other things that I've already posted).

Jarett always makes me laugh

I realize that this story only can appeal to a certain 'niche' of people, but I think it's too hilarious not to write.

Every Friday night Jarett and I have a date.  Usually, it consists of nachos, pizza or popcorn and a movie at home.  As Jarett and I have both been reading Gone With the Wind and Jarett's on a HUGE Civil War kick right now, I chose that as the movie.  We were to the point that Scarlett is at that Atlanta Bazaar and she dances with Rhett Butler.  I'm all in butterflies and I laugh when Aunt Pitty faints, but Jarett begins HOWLING.  I mean, it's funny, but not that funny.  Little did I know, he was comparing these images in his head:

 Now I understand.  You can see where the inspiration for Mugatu came from, eh?

Mmmmm, Smoothies and Spaghetti!

Some favorite pictures of my kids with smoothies.  We've had a vita-mix for a while now (which I LOVE) and my mom makes a killer smoothie with her Bosch Blender and the kids have LOVED the results.  Just you see for yourself!

Now, many people with just 1 or 2 children are astounded as to the amount of mess a spaghetti dinner can make.  May I present the pictures of 4 children eating a spaghetti dinner.

So, anyone wanna come and be my maid after these kids have had dinner??
